Gene was able to work with my schedule so that my fiancée and I wouldn’t have to take time off of work for the inspection. We were able to get the inspection done the same week as I contacted him about doing it. Gene’s Property Analysis is very organized and thorough. He presented pictures of the problem areas and gave an estimate for the cost of needed repairs. This is very helpful with regards to making an informed decision as to whether or not to proceed with purchasing the property. So glad to have such a reliable inspector on my side as I make the biggest (and most important) purchase of my life—my first home!

Gene set up a Continuous Radon Monitor Test in a basement room that we recently had finished. He was very professional while in our home and gave us a simple explanation of how it worked. In less than one week we had an electronic copy of the report to us by email along with a clear analysis of the findings and what action was recommended. Thanks GPA!

I contacted Gene's Property Analysis for a home inspection. Gene was able to provide the inspection (septic, well, water, radon, home, and wood destroying insect) within a week of contacting them. Gene and his wife are a stellar team. When I had the inspection performed, he answered all of my questions, listened to my feedback and comments during the inspection, and provided valuable insight into the repairs that may need to be made. He additionally provided feedback on the things that the home owner would definitely need to fix because every home inspector would find these things. The inspection report was written and received the next day. Finally, the septic system failed the visual inspection so we had the home owner repair those damages. My wife called and had them perform a hydraulic load test. They were available the next day! My wife was concerned with the test possibly damaging the system however, Lisa (Gene's wife) provided great detail as to how the test may damage the system and how they mitigate these issues so that the test is done safely. I would certainly have Gene's Property Analysis perform my next home inspection. 5 Star Rating! They saved us money! Thanks Gene!

Our recent radon test was done in a very professional manner. A mask was worn at all times. They described exactly what would be done and how we had to have windows and doors closed as well as hung a reminder on the door knob. When the test was complete we got a readout within a few hours. Would definitely recommend this company for any home inspection needs.

Highly recommend Gene's Property Analysis. He did an amazing job doing our Home Inspection. His report arrived just a few hours after the inspection, was very detailed and included photos. Gene gave me a roadmap for any work that I would do or ask to have done from the seller. A professional honeydo list. All the flaws were highlighted in photos and his report was easy to digest and use. It can be forwarded to any construction professional you need to consult or hire. The summary is easy to use for any possible final price negotiation, with high and low ranges. I couldn't recommend Gene more highly.
